At Nominal Time, operated by A&M PRIME LTD (Company No. 16199175), we are committed to providing a transparent and fair returns process in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers in the United Kingdom have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing by emailing:

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

3. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

As our fulfillment operations are international, approved returns may be directed to our designated returns processing facility.

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after approval.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include clear photographs of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

If confirmed, we will provide either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund (including any original shipping charges)

5. Refund Processing

Once returned goods are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the funds.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color variations, subject to stock availability.

Please contact our support team to initiate an exchange request.

7. Alternative Resolution Options

To simplify the customer experience in certain situations, we may offer:

  • Partial refund without return

  • Store credit

  • Replacement without return (where appropriate)

These options are provided at our discretion and do not affect your statutory rights.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personal hygiene products

  • Final sale or clearance items

9. Important Information on International Returns

Nominal Time operates an international fulfillment model. Where applicable, returns may be processed through our international logistics partners.

Full return instructions will always be provided before shipment.
